How long have you been working at HBS?

I have been at HBS for almost 5 years now. I guess time flies when you are having fun.

What did you do before coming to HBS?

My entire career has been in career development and I truly love the work. Before HBS I worked at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in the Office of Career Services.

What do you enjoy about working with organizations?

I manage relationships with organizations in the Technology and Entertainment and Media industries, along with startups which is a lot of fun. My favorite part about working with those organizations is finding a creative strategy that can help them connect with HBS students. I think there is a general perception that HBS recruiting is very formal and on a specific timeline, but there are many ways you can recruit at HBS. My goal is to help organizations find the resources that are right for them whether that be a formal on-campus presentation or connecting with a targeted group of students through the resume databases.

What do you do for fun outside of work?

These days I am chasing after an 18 month old toddler. Our favorite activities include riding a mean tricycle around our neighborhood and making lots of animal noises.
