Looking to connect with more students at HBS? Partnering with student clubs is a great way to build relationships, promote your brand, and discover our MBA talent.

Harvard Business School has more than 50 career-related student clubs, offering strategic platforms for companies to share insights about their industries and roles while engaging directly with highly motivated students.

By collaborating with clubs, you not only educate students about your company and career opportunities but also deepen your campus presence and develop targeted pipelines of interested candidates.

Why Engage with Student Clubs?

HBS student clubs are eager to partner with employers. They organize a wide range of events throughout the year, including:

  • Speaker events and panels
  • Skill-building workshops
  • Career fairs and networking sessions
  • Industry conferences
  • Career Treks (off-campus, career-focused visits to companies in key markets)

These events give you opportunities to meet students in more informal, interactive settings while showcasing your organization’s culture and values.

How to Get Started

1. Identify Relevant Clubs

Start by visiting the HBS Student Club List. Use filters to tailor your search and find clubs aligned with your industry, region, or functional area. Visit each club’s website and reach out to club presidents directly to introduce yourself and explore collaboration opportunities.

2. Explore Club Resume Books

Access Resume Books on the HBS recruiting platform 12twenty using the “Clubs & Organizations” filter. You can further refine your results with additional filters (e.g., function, industry, geography) to find students who align with your recruiting needs. From there, you can reach out to students directly for informational conversations or targeted outreach.

3. Attend or Sponsor a Club Conference

Review the Club Conferences Schedule to see upcoming events relevant to your hiring needs. These conferences—planned and hosted by students—often attract strong attendance and feature keynote speakers, panels, networking opportunities, and more. Conference dates are generally updated in the fall.
