Tell us about your role at HBS: Situated within the Career and Professional Development office in our MBA program, as a Recruiting Relations Manager, I engage daily with organizations looking to develop and refine their recruiting strategy at HBS. The industries I engage with span a wide range- from Investment Banking, to Manufacturing to Retail- which keeps me on my toes! I am also part of our Operations team and am heavily involved in planning the logistics behind all of our on-campus recruiting events. [...]

Our most successful recruitment tools have been on-site visits to Bloom Energy’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in CA, partnering with clubs, and posting a job in Career Hub. [...]
