Let HBS manage your first-round interview logistics so you can focus on what matters: finding the right candidate for your position. Request an interview on our recruiting platform 12twenty, select your candidates, and we’ll manage the rest. Here’s how we help:
- Identify an application deadline. If holding a recruiting event, we recommend a deadline of at least 1-2 weeks after the event.
- Select an interview date with no academic conflicts.
- Book space on campus or post your virtual interview URL.
- Manage communications that:
- Notify students of their selection status.
- Remind students to accept or decline an interview invitation.
- Send selected candidates their time slots and locations.

Conducting interviews at an early stage does not always yield better results. Later interviews may allow for better student preparation and more focused student decisions.
Contact us for help understanding student timelines and availability. First year interviews may begin January 6.
