HBS’s recruiting platform 12twenty encourages the connection and communication between recruiters and HBS students and alumni. There is no cost associated with creating a 12twenty account with HBS or using the tools and resources.
Recruiters that create an HBS account in 12twenty are agreeing to the HBS Recruiting Standards of Conduct. Once a recruiter creates an account, they can:
Post a job
12twenty job listings are visible to both HBS students and alumni. When posting a job, include industry, function, work authorization, application deadline, location, and other descriptive information to ensure your job posting meets candidates’ search criteria. Learn more.
Access Student and Alumni Resume Books
There are three Resume Books; two for students by class year and one for alumni. Resume Books are regularly updated databases that allow recruiters to download resumes and reach out to qualified candidates about opportunities. Recruiters can filter by various criteria—including interest, experience, club affiliation, and more — and keywords to effectively conduct targeted outreach, rather than reaching out to an entire class. Coordinate interviews
In addition to coordinating their candidate interviews, employers can have HBS manage their first-round interview logistics through an HBS-Coordinated Interview. 12twenty is where all HBS-Coordinated Interviews are arranged between employers and students. HBS will help manage interview date selection, booking space or posting your interview URL, and managing all communications with students. Learn more.

Employers use 12twenty to post upcoming events, manage event logistics, access an attendance list, and share links if events are being held virtually. Learn more.
