• Identify an application deadline. If holding a recruiting event, we recommend a deadline of at least 1-2 weeks after the event.
• Select an interview date with no academic conflicts.
• Book space on campus or post your virtual interview URL.
• Manage communications that:
  • Notify students of their selection status.
  • Remind students to accept or decline an interview invitation.
  • Send selected candidates their time slots and locations.
