The EC Schedule is divided into:

  • X-schedule days (first half of week: Mondays, Tuesdays and some Wednesdays)
  • Y-schedule days (second half of week: Thursdays, Fridays and some Wednesdays)

Most courses meet 2-3 times a week but some meet once a week in a late afternoon session. Like the RC, daily in-person attendance is required of all MBA students as described in the Attendance Policy.

Kickoff

At the start of Term 3, the EC program begins with a required day of orientation and re-engagement. Programming may include a Welcome session with the Dean, faculty leadership, and a keynote speaker.

Bridges

Bridges is a multi-day course designed for graduating students as a capstone to their HBS experience. This required course will provide content and opportunities to reflect on the past two years and to prepare for the journey ahead.
