Official Transcripts
A transcript is a hardcopy record of all grades received in the MBA Program by term, as well as the degree received, and any additional information regarding a student's performance (e.g., a violation of the Honor Code or Community Values), if applicable. Transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s Office to verified requesters upon receipt of a Transcript Request Form. Identity verification, either through a login to HBS systems or other mechanism, is required to obtain a transcript. The official transcript for a student who has withdrawn from the MBA Program will include a statement about the student's academic standing at the time of withdrawal. The Registrar’s Office provides transcripts in hardcopy only. A photo ID is required to pick up the transcript. Generally, transcript requests are fulfilled within 3 business days. Some requests, such as those for transcripts before 1995, may take up to 5 business days.
