Harvard University Climate Leaders Program
Provides students with an opportunity to engage with others across Harvard who share a professional interest in climate-related work, to mentor one another in their development as practitioners, and to develop professional skills and relationships that support their future careers. Program includes a weekend retreat at the Harvard Forest, dinners and workshops with leaders in the field, and a year-end event. Applications due in August.
Harvard University Council of Student Sustainability Leaders
An opportunity for students to work together with other students from across the University's 12 Schools on sustainability projects, to connect and network with sustainability leaders (including students, faculty, and administration) and to provide feedback and recommendations on Harvard's climate, health, and sustainability initiatives. Applications due in September.
Harvard University Student Sustainability Associate Program
HBS SSAs are hired each year to connect with their peers and engage them in promoting sustainable living and working on campus. Applications due in September.
The Salata Institute fo Climate and Sustainability Student Ambassadors Progam
The Salata Institute’s Student Ambassadors conduct peer-to-peeroutreach, engage with climate and sustainability leaders in their schools, and provide valuable feedback that informs the Institute’s student programs. Students admitted to the program will help to strengthen Harvard’s climate network and community while building their leadership and communication skills. Applications due in September.
