![]() Photo: Susan Young BOSTON—Harvard Business School prides itself on its world-class teaching as well as it leading-edge research, so that the teaching awards that honor excellence in both the first- and second-year curricula, determined each year by voting by members of the graduating class, are highly prized. At its Class Day ceremony yesterday, members of the MBA Class of 2016 recognized Professors Julio Rotemberg and Gunnar Trumbull for their teaching in the required first-year course Business, Government and the International Economy, which examines the broad economic and political context in which business operates. For the second-year Elective Curriculum, the honorees were Senior Lecturer Kristin Williams Mugford, who teaches Creating Value through Corporate Restructuring, and Associate Professor Matthew Weinzierl, who focuses on The Role of Government in Market Economies. |
