Two Harvard Business School Professors Win McKinsey Awards
BOSTON—Harvard Business School (HBS) professors Michael E. Porter and Rosabeth Moss Kanter have won the 2011 McKinsey Awards from the Harvard Business Review and the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. NFL Players to Tackle Custom Program at Harvard Business School
BOSTON—More than thirty NFL players representing teams from across the league, including the Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, and Pittsburgh Steelers, will arrive at Harvard Business School (HBS) today to take part in a custom executive education program designed specifically for them that addresses the unique business opportunities and challenges faced by NFL players during and after their professional football careers. Harvard Business School Opens New Classroom At Taj Lands End, Mumbai
BOSTON—Harvard Business School (HBS) today announced the launch of the new amphitheater-style classroom, built and owned by the Taj Lands End, owned by the Indian Hotels Limited. Unlike the temporary spaces in Hyderabad and Mumbai where the School previously offered programs, the new space replicates the classrooms on the School's Boston campus, giving participants and students a true Harvard Business School case method learning experience, for the first time in India. The launch of the classroom kicks off with a series of activities including research conferences and executive education programs. This is the latest milestone in the School's deepening engagement in India that over the last decade has produced a growing body of research on Indian companies and management practices. Read more.

Harvard Business School to Convene More Than 600 Business Leaders in New York to Discuss Paths Forward for Improving U.S. Competitiveness
