Gratitude
A more personal note from me today. Yesterday, Dean Nitin Nohria, announced he will be stepping down at the end of this academic year after 10 years in the role. I’m grateful to count Dean Nohria as a mentor and a friend—starting when I was a student at HBS, then working in his office as a fellow, and now serving in this role in admissions and financial aid. He is a leader of high competence and high character and has given me much to aspire to on my own leadership journey.
As an admissions team, we are grateful to meet you on your leadership journeys, through your applications and especially in the interviews. In our conversations with you, we are imagining ways that HBS can help you lead and make a difference in the world over the arc of your careers and your lives. Thank you for sharing that with us.
