Lanika Clark
Lanika has been a Harvard Business School (HBS) Community member since March 2010. While relatively new to the Health Care Initiative (HCI), Lanika's deep-rooted ties to her hometown, Boston, Massachusetts, have given her an intricate understanding of the local healthcare landscape. She graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management; her academic background aligns with her commitment to the healthcare sector. Her familiarity with the city's healthcare institutions is a testament to her knowledge and engagement in the industry.
Outside of work, Lanika is a devoted volunteer, seizing opportunities to contribute to her community when time allows. She enjoys traveling, creating art, and spending quality time with her cat and family.

Lu Malygina
Lu is the Coordinator for the Life Science and Health Care Initiative. In her role, she collaborates closely with the Blavatnik Fellowship Program in Life Science Entrepreneurship, creating content for HCI’s social media. Her efforts focus on promoting the initiative's mission to foster a connected and thriving healthcare community at HBS. Before joining HCI, Lu worked with the International Health Systems Program team at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Zus Health, a health tech startup in Boston. She holds a medical degree in General Medicine and a Master’s in Health Communication from Tufts University, in partnership with Emerson College.
