The day-and-a-half conference convenes scholars and leading practitioners to discuss emerging systems research on topics of leadership, employment, finance, healthcare and place-based economic development. Five sessions will combine academically-oriented presentations with dedicated time for moderated discussion with attendees. The symposium aims to foster rigorous, academically grounded conversations that might generate new lines of inquiry and interdisciplinary understanding within and across domains, that is both academically rigorous and grounded in relevance for practitioners.
