Mandi is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at Harvard Business School. She is interested in the impact of how gender and racial dynamics shape workplace evaluations. Her research explores gender biases in interpersonal professional contexts, such as interviews, negotiations, and mentorship, and seeks to achieve more equitable outcomes through behavioral intervention. 

Prior to joining HBS, Mandi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Consumer Psychology from Wharton. She then worked as a research assistant for Dr. Kathleen McGinn and as an Associate Consultant at Strategy3, where she worked on a range of DEI and AI-focused projects.
