Caleb is a doctoral student in the Micro-Organizational Behavior track at Harvard Business School. Broadly, he investigates when and why diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and strategies are effective.

Caleb completed his BA in Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he did research in the Social Cognitive Neuroscience Lab, the Computational Social Neuroscience Lab and on the UCLA Middle School & High School Diversity Projects. Before joining Harvard, Caleb was the lab manager of the Crockett Lab (while it was in Yale University's Department of Psychology).
