Andi Wang is a doctoral student in the Business Economics program, where he works at the intersection of finance, macro and behavioral economics. He is partiularly interested in studying institutional and behavioral frictions that have long-lasting effects on asset prices and the real economy. Before graduate school, he worked as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School’s Finance Unit. He was a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University, where he studied financial innovation and systematic risk in China’s public equity market. He earned a BA in Economics (honors) from Yale University in 2017.
